Michael Ho

As founder and CEO of Bering Media, Michael is a leading expert in privacy enhanced location-based advertising. Bering Media has developed privacy technology that brings neighborhood-level advertising online, across any website.

Michael has been working closely with Internet service providers for close to 10 years. Most recently, as part of Sandvine’s North American sales team, he played a key role in helping ISPs better understand their networks and evaluate online advertising solutions. Recognizing a growing need, Bering Media’s patent-pending privacy architecture ensures a no data collection, no disclosure and no cookies approach to accurate location-based advertising online.

Prior to that, Michael was a developer at Cadence Design Systems and Nortel Networks, and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
