With over 7 years of both trade and consumer marketing experience Nathania has worked on brands with consumers ranging from socially connected moms (Tostitos), Nutritionally driven athletes (Gatorade) and change starved millenials (Pepsi). Each consumer need has been extremely different however the need to connect and socialize in an online environment remains constant.
Most recently Nathania has played a key role launching the ‘Pepsi Refresh Project’ in Canada. Recently awarded by Forbes.com as the top 5 ‘Best Ever Social Media Campaign’, this new initiative gives Canadians the chance to get funding for philanthropic and charitable ideas through a democratic voting process. The Forbes judges highlighted the use of “Refresh” as a way for Pepsi to push toward a new identity while still maintaining its youthful image.
